We visited this hotel during Easter and we found the rooms to be quite clean and the food to be good. the location was just right for our needs, being close to the shopping areas and easily accessible. One more thing we enjoyed was the helpfulness of the front office staff in assisting us with our queries.

the rooms were not ready when we arrived, despite giving prior notice of our arrival for months.

Overall satisfaction, excellent breakfast quality, helpful front office staff, seamless check-in process, centrally located property, neat and clean boutique hotel.

Great location in the city center and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and soft beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The hotel also had a nice pool and gym for guests to use during their stay.

The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with some guests waiting for their rooms to be ready. The noise level in the rooms was also high, with little soundproofing to block out noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty and unreliable, making it difficult to work or stay connected during your stay. it was an okay experience, but the hotel could improve in certain areas.
